Recognizing the societal tendency to repress or avoid emotions, Alana acknowledges the construction of walls and barriers as protective mechanisms. Her counseling style incorporates elements of coaching and teaching, emphasizing safety and compassion as essential components. Alana's curiosity and commitment drive her exploration of cutting-edge modalities, seeking the most effective methods to empower herself and others toward a better quality of life. Like technology and science, our minds must remain open to advances in caring for the whole person.

Alana specializes in delivering therapy services exclusively through telehealth, offering clients a convenient and accessible means of support. Despite the virtual format, she excels in cultivating robust connections and fostering a nurturing atmosphere. Clients value the flexibility and confidentiality of telehealth, ensuring they receive personalized, high-quality therapy. Through secure platforms, Alana prioritizes privacy while upholding a strong therapeutic alliance, ensuring clients feel connected and supported throughout their healing process.

Alana views her role with a sense of privilege and humility, considering it an honor to journey with each person exploring their inner world and potential for growth and change.
