Allison 'Ally' Hickey, a licensed professional counselor and certified clinical trauma professional, is dedicated to supporting the emotional well-being of young adults. Ally earned her Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Messiah College and has since honed her skills through diverse experiences in school, partial, and outpatient settings.

With a holistic approach to counseling, Ally prioritizes personalized care and empowerment. She understands the complexities of life adjustments and addresses a variety of issues commonly faced by adults, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, career stressors, and navigating life transitions.

Believing in the resilience and potential of each client, Ally tailors her interventions to meet their specific needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment for exploration and growth. She incorporates modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused therapy, adapting her strategies to match each client's developmental stage, personality, and preferences.
