Lucy Eberly (she/her)

Lucero (Lucy) Eberly, LCSW, earned her Master’s in Social Work from Millersville University and is a bilingual therapist, offering support to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. She specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process traumatic memories and reduce their emotional intensity. In addition to EMDR, Lucy uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy to promote emotional healing and resilience.

Lucy is also trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), equipping parents with tools to enhance their relationships with their children and manage challenging behaviors. She provides a safe, supportive environment for clients to address their concerns, with both in-person and virtual options available.
