Annie is a Master’s level therapist at the Hershey Counseling Center. She earned her Master’s of Social Work from West Chester University and her Bachelor’s of Social Work from Eastern University.
Annie’s special areas of interest include anxiety, depression, grief & loss, and trauma. Annie uses Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to provide the best treatment approach for each individual client.
Annie understands that a trusting and empathic relationship is essential for effective therapy. Annie provides an atmosphere of trust, empathy, and compassion so her clients can feel comfortable expressing their concerns and issues without being judged. Annie believes in the potential of each individual and enjoys helping them uncover their strengths. She provides them with tools and skills to eliminate the obstacles that are keeping them from living their best life.
