Christina believes an authentic therapeutic relationship is essential for therapy to be effective. Positive growth and healing occur through a trustworthy and supportive environment. Through this therapeutic relationship, the client is able to uncover their personal strengths which can be hidden or affected by past experiences or inhibited by anxiety and fears. Her intention for therapy is to assist the client in developing the self-awareness and confidence needed to make the changes they desire so they can grow and blossom.
