"If we did all the things we are capable of, we would astound ourselves."

I believe we are complex and unique individuals and as such, we all have unique experiences, concerns, feelings, thoughts, and ways of coping. In order to honor this uniqueness, I am flexible in my approach and guided at all times by what would be the most effective treatment for each individual.
For many years I had allowed my own fears, doubts, and judgments to stunt my growth and my potential. These fears kept me from feeling fully alive and experiencing my authentic self. Through it all there was this "inner knowing" that there was more to me. I believe, at one time or another, we all feel this need to tap into our full potential and be who we truly are without the judgments and criticisms filtering and clouding our authenticity.
Change and growth is a process – a journey. It takes courage to challenge these fears and doubts, but this deeper pull, this inner knowing, tells us that our lives will be so much richer if we take the journey.
I believe each and every one of us has the ability to create a meaningful and fulfilling life if we desire to do so. I consider it an honor and a privilege to assist you in removing the obstacles that are inhibiting you from living the life you desire.
If I could leave only one message to share with the world, this is my message:
"Don't compare yourself to others, they are not you. Their gifts are not your gifts. You will never be able to find your unique greatness if you search for it in others. There is only one you in the entire universe and you are perfect as you are. Take the time to explore, discover, accept and honor your uniqueness and then share it with the world.
Otherwise it will be lost forever."
